10:00 AM   Mid-Morning Coffee Break

12:00 PM   Luncheon -  Meal Selections:
1. Chicken Florentine:  Stuffed with spinach in a light cream sauce.
2. Marinated London Broil: With a sherry mushroom sauce.
3. Penne Fresca: Vegetarian pasta with a Julienne of vegetables and a light Miso sauce.

All entrees include freshly baked rolls, garden salad, and dessert.
Freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, herbal teas, and iced tea.
